Available Now!  Free to all Subscribers!  When you subscribe to the D-Day Experience program, you will receive leadership lessons directly from the Gettysburg Battlefield. The Battle of Gettysburg is often described as a turning point in our history, and it is also, arguably, the greatest manmade disaster our nation has ever experienced.  Today, the lessons from that battle are very much alive, and directly relevant to anyone who is interested in improving their own capabilities, both as a leader and as a follower.  From Pickett's charge, to Little Round Top, you will get to know the men who fought here, their personalities and the critical decisions they made on this sacred ground.  Through this program, you will be empowered to better meet challenges, adapt to change, communicate effectively, and solve complex problems.

The D-Day Experience: Leadership Lessons from Normandy

Available Now!  As we celebrate the 75th Anniversary of D-Day, there is no better time to learn about the men and women who fought in the Battle of Normandy, and who sacrificed so much on our behalf.  I will bring you there twice a month--from Normandy American Cemetery to Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, and Sainte Mere Eglise. you will get to know leaders like Major Dick Winters, Lieutenant Colonel James Rudder, Brigadier General Norman Cota, and Frank D. Peregory. By walking the ground they walked, seeing the obstacles they faced and understanding the extraordinary sacrifices they made, the lessons learned in this program are indelible and transformative.

Hallowed Ground: A Tour of Arlington National Cemetery

Coming Soon!  We all lead through our own example! And there is no better place to illustrate that basic truth than at Arlington National Cemetery. Among its tombstones and memorials lie American paupers and presidents; soldiers and civilians; warriors and peacemakers. All of whom gave at least a portion of their lives to the defense and preservation of freedom and liberty. Every man, woman, and child who now rest at Arlington have distinct stories that illustrate leadership, service and sacrifice.  From John J. Pershing and Omar Bradley to John F. Kennedy and Joe Louis, by subscribing to this program you will have a unique and unforgettable window to those extraordinary stories with inspirational graveside commentary.

Walk the Ground of Titans... Virtually!

Of course, there is no substitute for "being there," but the next best thing is to be guided there virtually.  By experiencing the invasion beaches of Normandy, the "Copse of Trees" at Gettysburg, and the view from Pierre L'Enfant's grave at Arlington National Cemetery you will walk away with profound insights on leadership, service, sacrifice, courage and responsibility.

Over the past four decades, I've  been very fortunate.  My perspective has extended from battlefields of the Middle East and Europe, to the West Wing of the White House, and to corporate "C" Suites.  I'm an author of several novels; but more than anything, I'm a storyteller who believes in the transformative power of story in our lives.

Now, through the sheer power of technology, I can bring those stories to you virtually, in the comfort of your own home--on your TV, home computer, cell phone or iPad.  My goal is to deliver an experience to you with every program I produce.  Through these virtual stories, on the ground, you will feel the wind and rain on your face, and get to know the men and women who have gone before us, and who have made an enduring difference in our world.

It's What We Learn After We Know it All that Really Counts!

Confucius perhaps said it best, “I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.” Experiential learning transcends traditional learning--whether in a classroom, or through a book, because it places you on the physical ground where a real-world situation occurred, and then by understanding the personality and values of the key players, we're able to reflect not only on what happened, but what could have transpired given different circumstances or decisions. Learning through a virtual experience that is vivid, vibrant and four dimensional in the lessons it conveys, is therefore, the goal and the end result for those who subscribe to my experiential learning programs.
